Bio: Alex Leishman is the CEO, CTO and co-founder of River, a financial services company specializing in Bitcoin. He was previously at Polychain Capital and a Security Software Engineer at Airbnb. Alex earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Maryland, and his Master’s Degree in Computer Science from Stanford University. He also taught Stanford’s first Bitcoin class under Professor Dan Boneh.
