Bitcoin Citadels, Living in China, and Free Private Cities w/ Peter Young

Peter Young is a bitcoiner with a particular interest in Austrian Economics and working on new models for social organization, which he does primarily through his work with the 'Free Private Cities' project.  
We are both interested in the 'citadel' idea, where people the world over have more choices available to them when deciding where to live.  
As this is becoming an increasingly relevant issue in today's world, I thought it would be interesting to speak with Peter, get his opinion on things, and be brought up to date on the state of this emerging 'private city' phenomenon.
