bashrc will run every single time an SSH connection is established. TMUX does not allow for two sessions with the same name to exist (duplicate session: Keet). So although this method works, it is NOT elegant. I know. As an alternative you can write the following lines into the file at $HOME/.config/lxsession/LXDE-pi/autostart

lxpanel --profile LXDE
pcmanfm --desktop --profile LXDE
