De Spitterij brings the Open Area food layer to life with vakmanschap van 't spit. Between talks, workshops, demos, arcade rounds and the live auction, visitors can reset with something warm and substantial.
The plan is simple and good: broodjes varken aan het spit for the meat crowd, vegetarian alternatives for everyone else, and enough informal food energy to keep the conference from feeling like a row of chairs with coffee on the side.
